Putting Green

Outdoor Putting Greens

The surface of an artificial putting green is just like a professional green and it reacts perfectly to the golf ball for your putting and chipping practice. Many PGA golfers have a putting green by European Golf, which is a testimony to the high quality artificial surface. Now you can spend more time in your garden and shave points off your handicap with an artificial putting green.

ChippingĀ Greens (filled)

Choose an infill green for long range chipping practice up to 150 yards. Chipping greens can be great fun in your back garden, especially when accompanied by surrounding bunkers or small landscaped water hazards! The sand infill adds more weight to the overlaying turf for an excellent ball response at long range. Enjoy long range chipping and putting practice with Chipping greens from European Golf.

Putting Greens (non filled)

Choose a non-infill green for the best putting experience. These golf greens are superior to traditional infill greens for putting practise because the blades of artificial turf are less rigid – they are not weighted by a layer of sand. European Golf can also create a fringe area around the green for chipping practise. Improve your short game and enjoy the convenience of golfing in your back garden with a synthetic putting green.

Bunkers

Bunkers can be as much a landscaping feature as they are a golf hazard. They add an extra dimension to golfing in your back garden and provide a challenging experience. Imagine the thrill of your next chip-in, straight from the bunker! Have this special feature installed right next to your target green by European Golf.

Teeing Area

If you have a target green in your garden, you will need a teeing area to play from. Tee Line Turf by European Golf will allow you to strike the ball off the turf realistically. You can also play off a tee as the turf is long and dense enough to support it. Your garden tee line turf will typically be around one square metre and installed using a similar procedure to a putting green. The teeing area should be between 50 – 100 yards from the putting green.
